Support for GHC 7 has already been dropped.
Manually bumped the generator version from 2.1.5 to 2.1.6 here.

Stop emitting GHC-7.10 conditionals. Support for GHC 7 has already been dropped.
In particular, do not emit
{-# LANGUAGE PartialTypeSignatures #-}twice.Closes #339.
